(“WUGS”) is a large-scale international integrated logistics company jointly established by Hunan Western Union International Logistics Co., Ltd. and Yueyang Guansheng Investment Co., Ltd. under the guidance of Yueyang Government. WUGS is based in Yueyang and has registered capital of RMB100 million with its main business covering import and export logistics, barge operation, integrated logistics service and supply-chain finance.

WUGS has set its own customs clearance service center at Chenglingji New Port and the comprehensive Bonded Area in Yueyang. Meanwhile, it establishes good agent cooperation by signing long-term agent agreements with many partners including container lines like China COSCO Shipping, Sinotrans Container Lines, Yangming Marine Transport, ZIM, Evergreen Marine, Maersk Line, SITC, K-LINE, bulk cargo shipping companies like Germany Rickmers, Chipolbrok, AAL, MOL, COSCO shipping and airlines like Emirates, Lufthansa, American Airlines, Singapore Airlines, China Southern Airlines, etc. Therefore, a service network covering over 220 countries all over the world is formed to provide multiple door-to-door import and export services.
